dkok Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

1.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to open a dkok account, make a deposit, or participate in any game or promotion on the platform. By registering, you warrant that you meet this age requirement. dkok reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where the player cannot confirm they meet the 21-year minimum age threshold.

1.2 Jurisdictional Responsibility

It is your sole responsibility to verify that your use of the dkok platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. dkok makes no representation that access to or use of the platform is legal in all locations. Players access the platform at their own risk and in accordance with the laws applicable in their own country or region. dkok does not accept liability for any breach of local laws by a player accessing the platform from a restricted jurisdiction.

1.3 Persons Not Eligible to Register

• Persons under 21 years of age.
• Persons who have previously been self-excluded from dkok or any affiliated platform.
• Persons acting on behalf of another individual for the purpose of circumventing these T&C.
• Persons who have been notified by dkok that their account has been closed for breach of these T&C.

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open a dkok account you must provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number or email address, choose a secure password, and confirm that you are 21 years of age or above. All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these T&C and will result in immediate account suspension.

2.2 KYC Verification

dkok reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) from any account holder at any time, including before processing a withdrawal. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe requested by dkok may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawal amounts until verification is complete.

2.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dkok login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. dkok will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify dkok support immediately if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised.

3.1 Deposit Methods and Minimums

dkok accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and local bank transfers from major Bangladeshi banks including City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳20. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method selected. All deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted.

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, up to the value of that deposit. Any amount exceeding your deposit total will be processed separately. 3.3 Currency

All transactions on dkok are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). dkok does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion that takes place on your payment provider's side is entirely the responsibility of the player and dkok bears no liability for exchange rate differences.

4.1 Eligibility for Bonuses

Bonus offers on dkok are available to eligible registered players who meet the specific qualifying criteria stated in each offer. Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may only be claimed once per person, per household, and per device or IP address. dkok reserves the right to verify eligibility before crediting any bonus, and to reverse a bonus where it is determined that a player does not meet the qualifying criteria.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the specific bonus terms published alongside that offer. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be fulfilled within 30 days of the bonus being credited to your account. Failure to complete the wagering requirement within the stated period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from your account.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

• Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Using bonus funds in a manner designed to systematically exploit bonus structures (e.g., low-risk hedging strategies that guarantee profit regardless of outcome).
• Coordinating with other players to fulfil wagering requirements through matching bets or other collusive strategies.

5.1 Player Protections

dkok is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. Players may set deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and cooling-off periods through the account settings section of the platform. Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from dkok may request self-exclusion by contacting dkok support via live chat. Once a self-exclusion request has been processed, it cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period selected by the player.

5.2 Problem Gambling

Gambling is intended as entertainment and should not be treated as a source of income or a means to recover financial losses. • Attempting to defraud dkok or other players through any means, including through the exploitation of software errors or technical faults.
• Using the platform to launder money or process proceeds of any unlawful activity.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or to exploit bonus structures.
